A blood pressure monitor or a glucometer can be the difference between a condition that is managed and one that gets out of hand. The Health Aids and Support Initiative will provide basic equipment, medicines and funds to people living with NCDs, with training on how to use what they receive.
Continuity of care at home prevents the complications that fill hospital wards.
